At Noheir Shawky, each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment. As many of our items are made with detailed handwork and artistic finishes, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing or production defect.
• The received size differs from the measurements provided on the product page.
• An incorrect item, design, or color was delivered.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
• Provide clear photos showing the issue.
• Include their order number and relevant details.

Important Notes

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Color variations caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography are not considered defects.
• As many pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery or detailing are part of the uniqueness of the design and are not considered defects.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions for the return, exchange, or refund process.
