La Rose Noire

An oversized denim jacket in light-wash indigo, its back marked by hand-embroidered black roses rendered in sheer tulle and fine cord thread, one trailing into a cascade of beaded fringe at the shoulder. Built with fine threadwork and finished in Taiwan- and Czechoslovakia-sourced beads in jet black and pearl — clustered like scattered petals at each bloom's edge, quiet from a distance, intricate up close.
